Following her unusual Alpine skiing career (Ophelie competed for Hungary), she then became one of the best skiers on the American Pro circuit before giving birth to her pretty little girl, Lilou, now aged 10. Discovering Skier-X in 2003, through pure pleasure, Ophelie quickly became one of the greatest stars of the discipline. After three World Cup Overall ranking victories and a bronze medal at the 2005 World Championships and 2006 X-Games, Ophelie decided to go for new challenges and joined the Saab Salomon International Pro Team in 2007.
She then achieved an impressive list of new success winning three gold medals at the 2007, 2008 & 2009 X-Games as well as the 2007 FIS World Champion title. Her domination on the Skier-X circuit was even stronger over the past two seasons as she claimed her 6th crystal globe and a total of 20 World Cup victories! Ophelie is the Skier-X queen and great favorite for gold at the first ever Skier-X Olympic competition in Vancouver 2010!
